Mothers during and after pregnancy, advise and train women among other things after breast cancer, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis and help them to regain a good body feeling or to maintain or achieve the desired weight.
In lectures and workshops, I give information and tips on topics relating to nutrition, health and exercise.
